Powder Pneumatic Conveying System


 

We are the contractor of powder warehouse pneumatic conveying project of double hearth lime/lightly burnt dolomite kiln of GUANGXI SHENGNONG Metallurgy Co,.. the continuous dense-phase conveying capacity of every set of single warehouse and pump is 40ton/h, and conveying distance is 800mm, which is 20%-40%more limestone powder pneumatic throughput than other domestic companies’.

Pneumatic conveying project has applied art-of-state double sleeve dense-phase powder continuous transportation technology with compressed air as conveying medium and N2 as instrument air. This design is to automatically control with multimode SPC technology, in order to increase conveying efficiency, decrease air consumption rate and reduce environment pollutants; material valves on inlet and outlet use pneumatic way to convey specified Tungsten steel wear-proof valve, new style backpack wear-proof bend and other new equipment, so that can extend system life span. Based on primary design package, we have made optimization connected with on-site practical operation.

From the sheet above, it is easy to see that pneumatic conveying is in advantage when conveying materials of particles. 

 

Technical characteristics:

Pneumatic conveying is of fluid pipe transportation with high efficiency, small occupied space, low cost and few harms. There is a scope of application involved with powder material conveying system including mine, coal, cereal, gravel, concrete and various industrious raw materials. There is no double that pneumatic conveying will play a more and more important role in the future conveying ways.

High efficiency: with same cost, the conveying capacity is more than other normal ways.

Reduced space: apply hermetic pipe that can add bend, vertical pipe and inclined pipe casually. Normal pipe diameter is also not long, thus the remaining space can be made of use.

Low cost: apply computer automation control and save much properties; few breakdown makes maintenance reduced significantly.

Few harms: due to the hermetic pipe, there is basically no harm to environment.
