Description of the flue gas desulfurization project:

The 3 x 126m2 lateritic nickel ore sintering desulfurization project for Bao-steel DeSheng Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., the largest sintering wet flue gas desulfurization facilities already in operation in the world,  is the first set of sintering flue gas desulfurization facilities processing lateritic nickel ore in the world. The desulfurization project uses "limestone - gypsum wet FGD technology that treats sintering flue gas, with decreasing blast capacity up to 2,440,000 m3 / h,SO2 emission of 17,442 ton and flue dust of 2,258 ton.

Since this project is put into operation, system performance is stable and is adaptable to loads. Furthermore,the desulfurization efficiency is above 95%, as well as 75% dust-removing efficiency and 20% denitrification ability.

 Hot dirty gas steel rolling reheating desulfurization project

According the requirements of Steel Rolling Industry Air Pollution Emission Standards, steel rolling reheating furnace and heat treatment furnace emission are limited to: SO2<150mg/Nm3; particles<20g/Nm3.

Hot dirty gas steel rolling reheating furnace gas desulfurization project of WUHANG Iron and Steel CO,.ltd in FUJIAN is the first set of 130t/h steel rolling reheating furnace gas desulfurization dedusting device, which takes hot dirty gas produced by single furnace section as flue,  meeting the reheating furnace gas emission requirements in the new Steel Rolling Industry Air Pollution Emission Standards.
